Individual Therapy

We all need support sometimes. Individual therapy is a space where people can learn more about themselves, their patterns and strategies for change. I use an eclectic approach to support clients through a variety of challenges and life issues.

Couples Counseling

Sometimes conflict or life changes can create difficulty in connecting to our partners. By using a systemic and culturally responsive approach, I help couples learn more about each other and develop new patterns of interaction and understanding.

Supportive Groups

Groups can provide a connective experience and give us a chance to learn more about our lives through the experiences of others. I run groups for anxiety, depression, self care and Black women’s wellness.

 

Training

I have significant experience training groups and organizations in various wellness topics including vicarious trauma and secondary stress, creating culturally humble approaches, and workplace wellness.

Wellness Coaching

Do you feel your life is going well but there are areas you’d love to optimize and grow? I use methods informed by positive psychology to help increase joy, wellbeing, and resilience in my client’s lives.
